Featured Review

Current Employee - Solutions Consultant

I have been working at Iris Software full-time

Pros

This job opened up new opportunities in my professional career. I reviewed my goals for skills advancement and started investing more time in upgrading my knowledge in this field. My team is really... supportive. I think having managers who are competent, knowledgeable and friendly is pure luck these days.

Cons

The company is growing fast. Make sure you feel comfortable in a fast-pace environment.

Current Employee - Associate

I have been working at GLG full-time for more than a year

Pros

Coming from a large organization of 75,000+ employees, GLG is a dream company to work for. The work is stimulating and challenging, people are incredibly friendly, and there are opportunities for... rapid growth if you put in the work and show your value. The benefits that GLG provides are also vast and on-par with larger companies with much deeper pockets, which shows that management truly cares about the well-being of their employees.

Cons

Things are changing rapidly, which could be viewed as a con to some. Depending on how willing you are to change as the company changes, there is definitely room to add more onto your plate and... advance quickly through the company, so it really is what you make of it.

Advice to Management

Continue listening to employee feedback! It has improved tremendously over the years and it is exciting to be part of a company where senior management takes an active approach to employee commentary.
