nothing

Current Employee - Account Executive

I have been working at Arizona Managing Partners full-time for more than a year

Pros

Really fun work environment! The team is super hard working and very professional but we also have a ton of fun! I am so happy I found somewhere I can grow but be myself. What I really like most is... how everything is catered to me; the training, the promotions, the compensation, the benefits. I also love the cool stuff we get to do like travel, play fun games, bonuses and hanging out with people outside of work. There's this bonus going right now from a client for an all-inclusive trip to Cabo! Sign me up.

Cons

The systems aren't designed to figure everything out yourself. The systems work and take a couple weeks to get pretty good at. Most competitive people, like myself, struggle when we aren't good at... something right away. If you can put your ego to the side while learning a new skill, you'll be amazing here. If you refuse to give yourself a little time to get good at something new, it will be tough to advance.

Advice to Management

You guys are awesome. There is a big difference between a leader and a boss and it's clear that you guys are leaders.
