Compare Jamf vs Fortra

Pros

Working for a company that values the people, customers and culture so much as Jamf is incredible. The CEO is likely the most inspiring person you've ever seen. Working for the leader in the market... is always a great plus. And it's clearly showing why Jamf is ahead of the competition and growing so rapidly (from 47.000 HAPPY customers to 71.000 in exactly 2 years). Don't believe I know any other company that is putting so much value on volunteering time off or giving back to the community. If you like to work remotely or prefer the office with loads of fun and energy, I would really recommend Jamf to anyone who's interested in this Great Place to Work for Software company!

Pros

I can't believe that in a few short months I have felt more at peace and "at home" at a job than I ever have before. The kindness and care given from the day you start to every day since is amazing.... All the training that is given really puts you in a place to feed confident and ready to take on any situation or work task thrown at you. The leadership here not only on the team I work on but also at C-level show that this is not only a company that wants to thrive to be the best, but also want to see their employees thrive as well. I really am amazed and proud that Fortra takes the time to learn about the world around them recognize that DEI is extremely important, current events are extremely important, and burnout is real. I never feel like I can't say anything, or can't ask for help. I've learned so much in such a short time, its great!

Cons

I don't know if I have any cons, other than continue the efforts towards DEI, especially mental health is extremely important.
