Pros
Amazing workspace and the staff I work with are in my opinion the nicest I’ve seem to have meet when it comes to hospitality at any Walmart I’ve been to they’re very friendly and caring
Cons
Accommodations towards disabilities and or health conditions of their staff seeing as most staff are of older age and or are have some sort of disability they don’t let anyone have accommodation for... their disability even if there’s proof they say that they would need to give them(management) a doctors note before they can give them any sort of accommodation towards that disability such as a stability type of disability where they can’t stand for hours on end without being in pain but aren’t allowed to take a break off of their feet to make it so they don’t fall over or the fact that the air conditioner is broken so it causes almost the entire store to have to work in a hot environment while also having to deal with customers all day other then that I’d say it’s a really good place to work for
