Advice to Management

Keep it up!

Current Employee - Technical Support Engineer

I have been working at New Relic full-time for more than a year

Pros

* You get to work with a lot of amazingly smart people * Opportunities for career growth within the company * Continuous learning * Work/life balance * Reasonable expectations for new/onboarding... employees - which is helpful because the first few weeks are going to be a firehose of information, but they understand that and have scaled expectations accordingly. * Competitive pay and benefits * Several active ERGs

Cons

* Product and organizational changes happen frequently and you'll have to keep up * Internal communications could sometimes be better
