Pros
Great experience and pay for students. Flexible work hours. Valuable work that is more than just "intern" work. People encourage each other to succeed. Deere sticks to its values.

Pros
Great work environment. The employees are always looking to help the interns in any way possible. Very good 2 months of learning. I would definitely recommend it.
Cons
It is not really a well-organised Industry. Too much of workforce but in an unorganised manner. The timings could have been better given the amount of work to be done.
