Pros

I enjoy working with the team at Juice Beauty. Most of the folks are supportive, professional and responsible. I think people are the most valuable asset the company has and I can see the management... is aware of this. They make sure we have flexibility and they encourage having a good work-life balance.

Cons

At first, I found it difficult to prioritize my tasks, but my supervisor was very supportive, and I managed to find the balance between multitasking, and focusing on important tasks.

Advice to Management

Listen to your employees while revising internal policies.
