Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at PAR North America full-time for less than a year

Pros

Big company benefits with mid-size company feel, friendly & courteous coworkers, no micromanagement or condescending, rude people that I've seen, management and president who seem to really care... about the culture, food truck Fridays, relaxed/casual dress code (we're all adults here), paid time to volunteer in your community, lots of internal opportunities, management has worked hard to improve workforce accountability so everyone is successful. Unfortunately, changes are sometimes necessary in order to provide a secure foundation for all. Company is continuing to grow at a steady pace.

Cons

While the pay could be a bit better, the Pros listed above help counteract it somewhat. Hopefully as we continue to grow, so will the pay scales. Most are brought in as temps so very few direct hires.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing as it seems to be working well.
