I worked at Mazars full-time for more than a year

Pros

I was there for about a year between 2017-8 and noticed that the company is taking measures to progressive create a better environment for staff. They have introduced initiatives such as fruits day... on Tuesdays and Thursdays, flexi-benefits scheme, a work-from-home scheme and smart dressing day. Other than that, the management is approachable and willing to listen to staff who may have concerns.

Cons

Pay scale/ increment is a little on the lower side and the workload is high. Nonetheless, these are very typical of medium-sized audit firms in Singapore.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work!
