1. If you have more than a pair of hands, more than one brain and able most importantly, likes doing charity, this is the Company to be in! 2. If you like working long hours with no directions or... unclear instructions/objectives, yay this is the Company to be in! 3. Oh, and if you are good at sweet talking, the partner(s) would love you like her own child. 4. If you like slow learning curve, or do things with no objective, or likes doing redundant work, just leave your brain at home and come to work, because that is what they like about you. 5. ...and many more. Come join the Company to know more.

Cons

They don't accept perfection. If you are almost perfect, this is not the place for you.
