Pros

While I was working for COC, my supervisor was awesome, very supportive and encouraging. Co Workers worked as a team and I was happy to work with them. I retired and went back to full time private... practice.

Cons

During my time with COC in our department, there were no cons. I will say the pay was not what I wanted but I loved my work. Driving long distances at night was beginning to be an issue for me... personally so I resigned after 2.5 years.
