KVC is very supportive and management truly cares about individuals. KVC strives to provide excellent care in the community through health services.

I've worked for multiple hospital organizations throughout Missouri and they're all with their own flaws. Saint Luke's does strive for diversity, open communication, and respect.

Cons

Physicians, like in many different hospital settings, still look down their noses at APPs; they claim you wouldn't be targeted by speaking with HR, but I disagree. There's friend circles in all the... facilities that tend to partner together and have you feeling the odd one out. No tuition reimbursement for those of us already long graduated but still with student loans. Health insurance is something to be desired.
