bonus every year. Very competitive wages. Ample opportunities for growth. Union and KP stipends/scholarships for tuition.
Must work outside KP for one year after finishing school whether or not you are a current employee. KP is union; therefore bidding on positions is by seniority not experience making it hard to... transfer in or out of positions in other counties.
I have been working at Accelerate Behavioral Health full-time for more than a year
ABH has been a great place to work! The hours are flexible with my school schedule which I really appreciate. The kids are amazing and are the reason I do what I do. My supervisors are awesome too... and are always willing to help answer questions. I also appreciate the compensation when a family is late to session.
There's a lot of driving providing in-home therapy and the tolls can get expensive.
Advice to Management
Keep doing the company parties! It is nice to see everyone outside of passing in session.
