Current Employee - Project Manager

I have been working at Kaiser Permanente full-time for less than a year

Pros

I feel fortunate to work for a world-class organization, at least for my position as a Project Manager. The senior leadership I work with is innovative, engaged, and willing to listen to their... employees.

Cons

It can be difficult to navigate internal personal relationships with coworkers and other middle-managers - although this is true everywhere else. It really depends on the people you normally work... with - which is something you can't easily control.

Former Employee - Caltrans Leadworker

I worked at Caltrans part-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Lots of fun, challenging work, and good people to work for

Cons

Long hours in the winter
