"Great benefits!"Feb 26, 2020

Former Employee - Learning and Development Specialist

I worked at Kaiser Permanente full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Great department with wonderful people! Good benefits

Cons

Long meetings that don’t need to be that long

Former Employee - IT Help Desk Support

I worked at DeVry University part-time for more than a year

Pros

Pros include camaraderie, kind-hearted, supportive, and driven to provide great support/service to our faculty and students

Cons

The only downside is that there's not a lot of benefits but that's because it's a work-study job

Advice to Management

Tweak the benefits just a bit
