"Best Company"Feb 19, 2019

Current Employee - Registered Nurse

I have been working at Kaiser Permanente part-time for more than 10 years

Pros

High quality company with high standards of care and protection for workers. No other company provides employees with such great pay and amazing benefits. There are also many ways Kaiser can help... facilitate career progression if that is your goal.

Cons

Depending on your job you will work without flexibility every other weekend unless you request a vacation day.

Advice to Management

Manager close to staff have always been great for me. I cannot speak as well to senior management, although, at times it seems their decisions are based from 'afar' or purely on numbers.

Former Employee - Registered Nurse

I worked at Iora Health full-time for more than a year

Pros

This is an organization that really does put the trust back into people, and shows them what healthcare should look like. The teams are very collaborative, with the best quality care in mind.

Cons

There are not many cons as when there is issues that arise, the leaders are work on solutions.

Advice to Management

Keep going strong with positivity, and encouragement to the team and the quality of work will continue to be productive!
