Pros
High quality company with high standards of care and protection for workers. No other company provides employees with such great pay and amazing benefits. There are also many ways Kaiser can help... facilitate career progression if that is your goal.
Cons
Depending on your job you will work without flexibility every other weekend unless you request a vacation day.
Advice to Management
Manager close to staff have always been great for me. I cannot speak as well to senior management, although, at times it seems their decisions are based from 'afar' or purely on numbers.

Pros
Great company who values employees and shows it often. The atmosphere is enjoyable and moral is great.
Cons
Parking sometimes is cramped as it is shared with other businesses but barely a con.
