"Best Company"19 Feb 2019

Current Employee - Registered Nurse

I have been working at Kaiser Permanente part-time for more than 10 years

Pros

High quality company with high standards of care and protection for workers. No other company provides employees with such great pay and amazing benefits. There are also many ways Kaiser can help... facilitate career progression if that is your goal.

Cons

Depending on your job you will work without flexibility every other weekend unless you request a vacation day.

Advice to Management

Manager close to staff have always been great for me. I cannot speak as well to senior management, although, at times it seems their decisions are based from 'afar' or purely on numbers.

Former Employee - Student Woodshop Monitor

I worked at University of San Francisco part-time for more than 3 years

Pros

They're all pros out there so be ready

Cons

The cons are in the pen
