Former Employee - Account Executive

I worked at Kaseya full-time for more than a year

Pros

While I was here the company really started their massive growth path and I found there were a lot of good opportunities for individual personal & professional growth. Salary was competitive and... I liked my manager and the overall culture.

Cons

Its hard work that is always there and never ending. I think i pushed myself too hard and just got burned out. My manager was willing to work with me and help, but I felt it would be best for a fresh... start.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Escher Group full-time

Pros

Both the staff and leadership are truly invested in the success of the company. Everyone is 100% dedicated. Lots of great talent in the company, which makes it a positive environment for learning... and constant growth. New leadership purchased company in 2018 and is responsive, supportive, and real leaders.

Cons

Some leftover bitterness from past years for some employees, which the new leadership is addressing.

Advice to Management

Going in the right direction, so continue down the path you’ve created and success and profitability are ours in the years ahead.
