Former Employee - Realtor and Executive Assistant

I worked at Keller Williams full-time for more than a year

Pros

They have a great education program and I have met some of the best people working there. I would recommend Keller Williams to anyone that is looking to become a Realtor. I worked with several teams... (Total of 3) and could work with two while completing my Post License.

Cons

I would make sure you read your job description and compensation package when working with a team in an office.

Advice to Management

If I was Management, I would make sure all teams pay full compensation and always tell the truth.

Current Employee - Property Manager

I have been working at Affinity Property Management full-time for more than a year

Pros

Pay, support, schedule, team atmosphere and great supervisors that really want you to succeed

Cons

Training for new hires, needs more structure in this area.
