Current Employee - Realtor

I have been working at Keller Williams full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Training, coaching, classes, leadership

Cons

The office isn’t hustle and bustle.

Advice to Management

The management is great

Former Employee - Executive Assistant

I worked at EYC Companies full-time for less than a year

Pros

This small company is full of fun, intelligent, insightful, hard working people. It is a positive and collaborative working environment with huge personal growth potential. As a development company... their work is very interesting, and as a member of a small team you have the opportunity to learn new skills and directly contribute to the overall company success. I was very sad to be leaving this company and I would happily work for them again in the future!

Cons

As a small company you may be asked to do anything and everything, and sometimes outside of regular business hours. That being said they are very respectful and considerate of their employees... personal lives, and never make unreasonable requests of their employees.
