- Fantastic, authentic people to work with - Personally, I have plenty of flexibility - Commitment to equity, diversity, & inclusion - Significant amount of philanthropic and social... responsibility efforts - Strong values and ethics

Cons

- With a larger company like Kellogg, you may need to be patient for great ideas to root and take shape. - Flexibility isn't quite on par with leading companies. Somewhere in the middle. - In some... areas, business practices, processes, and technology can feel outdated.
