Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Kellogg Company full-time

Pros

The culture that cares about people and gives back to the community. Work is challenging but my ideas are listened to.

Cons

This industry is very competitive in the marketplace.

Advice to Management

Keep being "real". It makes you very relatable.

Former Employee - Assembly Worker

I worked at Valmont Industries full-time for more than a year

Pros

10 hour work days and 3 day off weekends! You had been paid weekly and made bonuses often.

Cons

If you worked outside in the snow it sucked, being 500 pounds each of Steel pipe being balanced over head, one slip could be your demise.

Advice to Management

You have an amazing job, but those boys outside in the winter bundling pipes, they need some boots that can't slip and they also should have more than one worker running between the two diesel 10000... pound forklifts carrying huge metal tubes, they need hard hats or a hockey helmet at least 😆
