great work experience especially coming out of college. I like the manager experience as well as the admin work with the OSHA logs.

Cons

If you work nights, it gets to be hard expect burnout. I would negotiate days if you do not want nights before you sign on. Amazon is a great place to work for safety and you can ask any amazonian... this. Manager experience and relocation are the two biggest things. If you want to move up the amazon ladder be willing to relocate
