Pros

Very quick and seamless interview process. Once the offer was received I was contacted quickly about what forms needed to be signed, received my equipment (laptop) in time. The team was very patient... as I didn't have all the details for my background check.

Cons

In depth background check! Make sure to have the specific dates for last 7 years of employment.

I worked at Aloha Document Services full-time for less than a year

Pros

They don't just feed you to the wolves. Aloha walks you through the steps of what is expected from you. They care about the Employees. Sure they don't want to hear every little boring story. But if... they have an extra ticket for the game and know you want to go? They'll give you a deal on the price.

Cons

Its fast paced. So if you're not use to it, then get ready to deal with it. They switched up the office management while I was there, and I think communication could use a little look at.

Advice to Management

By the time I left I felt like I couldn't trust when management said I was doing a good job. I was called into see the big boss (Ginger was so sweet both times) about mistakes I was making, yet every... time I asked the office manager and floor manager what I could improve they said I was doing great.
