Former Employee - Client Engagement Manager

I worked at KellyMitchell Group full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great people. Great culture. Great training program. Great growth opportunities.

Cons

Others have said it, so not to be a broken record but you get what you put into the process. If you work hard and put in the times, you'll be successful. And even if KM isn't the right place for you,... you'll be able to apply the skills learned to your next company.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at The Flyer full-time

Pros

+ This job offers some very solid and stable positions, particularly for sales and designers. + Work culture is overall respectful and joyous. + Communication between sales and graphic designers... is very effective and generally pleasant. + Team work is very important and often integral to success.

Cons

- Some weeks work can either be abundant and chaotic or extremely limited (not a very frequent problem) - Whenever there's major changes in the company they can be somewhat daunting upon first... heating (however management does a phenomenal job at working with its employees to ensure the best possible outcome for all parties involved)

Advice to Management

Continue doing a wonderful job, it's certainly a pleasure to work for this company and there's a sense of achievement once designs are accomplished efficiently.
