Former Employee - Client Engagement Manager

I worked at KellyMitchell Group full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great people. Great culture. Great training program. Great growth opportunities.

Cons

Others have said it, so not to be a broken record but you get what you put into the process. If you work hard and put in the times, you'll be successful. And even if KM isn't the right place for you,... you'll be able to apply the skills learned to your next company.

Current Employee - QHSE

I have been working at VAM Drilling USA full-time

Pros

Committed to safety and increasing production in an expanding field

Cons

Held back by upper management's many rules. The French don't seem to understand the rapid pace of American OGTC business. Managers and hourly folks are worked too long and hard and must be involved... in too many corporately driven programs. Its all about data...really??

Advice to Management

Relax some of the drive to study metrics - study your people
