Former Employee - Manager Raw Material Procurement

I worked at Kennametal full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Great long term career company

Cons

No negative comments. Tough business with Chinese controlling W prices and supply.

Advice to Management

None

Former Employee - Adjunct Faculty

I worked at Indiana University of Pennsylvania part-time for more than 3 years

Pros

IUP is a great place to work. My colleagues were wonderful, and the adjunct salary was competitive.

Cons

There are no, to few, health benefits. As adjunct faculty, upward mobility is limited. Location can be an issue for some, though you're not far from Pittsburgh.
