Current Employee - Client Success Manager

I have been working at Kenshoo full-time for more than a year

Pros

- It’s inspiring to be part of an industry leading company like Kenshoo with top tier partners like Google, Facebook, Apple, and Amazon - Strong benefits and perks. Not necessarily all the flashy... things you’ll find at a start-up still operating on VC funding, but thoughtful and competitive overall - Lots of opportunities to stretch and grow - Great work-life balance for the majority of roles - A collaborative and community oriented culture

Cons

- The Marketing Tech industry is chaotic and the company, in turn, is extremely adaptive. Because of that, there is a lot of change, which can be tiring
