I have been working at Kforce full-time for more than 3 years


I am glad that I had the patience to learn and understand Kforce and what it stands for and represents as a firm. I made a great decision in staying the course and not giving up on my goals here.... This industry as a whole is not and easy one and takes a lot of grit, determination, and the ability to adjust in a fast paced environment. For the most part, everyone genuinely cares about each others personal and professional well being. We really enjoy helping our potential candidates achieve their next opportunity, and truly try to understand their needs by understanding exactly what they are looking for in the next step of their career. There is a great support system through our leadership starting from our direct managers all the way up to our Regional VP and President. The COO also flies in from HQ and knows most people by first name basis! They take the time to get to know you on a personal and professional level. A really great culture and work life balance. We work hard as a group and also have the ability to play hard and have a lot of fun together! For the first time in my career, I truly feel like I belong to a caring and supportive family at work!


As in any organization, if you do not know what you want on a personal and professional level you might find yourself lost in this fast paced environment. Management may not set you up for success... if you don't ask for it .You must know what resources you need from management in order for them to help you reach your goals and find success. (The reason for the high turnover in this industry). Other then that, I have nothing negative to say about the Firm.

Advice to Management

An area of improvement would be taking the time of doing a better job to proactively mentor and groom experienced proven performers for the next step in their careers. Not just step people up into... leadership because they are "the next in line".
