Pros

I had a very easy time during the application process, and they assisted me very quickly with any questions I had.

Cons

I have to put a con, so I'd say they got me a shorter term contract than I was looking for, but it enabled me to start much sooner and that's just how contract work is.

Pros

Amazing focus on people and relationships, flexibility with work schedule, generous PTO, very consistent and clear on their culture/values, growth and professional development such as Udemy, BetterUp..., Degreed, promotion opportunities/transparency with open roles within the company, etc.

Cons

Almost fully in office depending on your role, and pay is on the lower end.
