"Kiewit cares"

Current Employee - SENIOR SUBSTATION DESIGNER

Pros

Very focused on their employees. Good and open communication. Good benefit package. I have worked at a few different companies and have felt designers are not treated like professionals. Kiewit... treats everyone as professionals and gives them opportunities that other companies will not.

Cons

Can be stressful at times because we are so busy, but that is also job security so not sure if that is a con.
