"Great Company"Sep 30, 2019

Former Intern - Mechanical Design Engineer

I worked at Kiewit Power Engineers for less than a year

Pros

Kiewit had an incredibly welcoming environment for interns. Interns were involved in actual project work, not just specific intern projects, so we got a good feel of what the company is really like.

Cons

The work is fast paced, so be willing to ask questions!

"Strong culture"Jan 7, 2019

I have been working at POWER Engineers

Pros

Work hard and you're rewarded. Shareholder options available.

Cons

Most of the leadership is based in Idaho, making interfacing difficult for out-of-state offices.

Advice to Management

Maintain strong risk management approach.
