Pros

I worked in the Menlo Park office. The attorneys and professional staff were nice. There were nice social events and free snacks at work. Menlo Park is mostly IP.

Cons

Hard to advance, but that is true of most law firms

Great pay and benefits and sometimes have overtime.

Training is not long to get the concept
