Pros

Everyone is very friendly and eager to help There is a great team atmosphere K-C loves to promote from within and puts a lot of faith in its employees

Cons

Very traditional in terms of working in person and not as flexible as other companies with virtual work environments

Great group ... everyone doing their best to be their best.. Yes there are challenges - but this special group of people do what it takes to meet them.. and along the way - we have some fun!!

Cons

Expect long hours during peak seasons.... trying to perfect ideas takes time and countless changes...to make them right... you need a thick skin & a sense of humor!!
