Former Employee - Real Estate Analyst

I worked at Kimco Realty full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

One of the largest REITs, publicly-traded, long track record of success, majority of associates have been here for long periods of time, dynamic management and leadership, welcoming human resources,... brand new office with new tech

Cons

None unless you consider commuting to Long Island a con- majority of associates live on Long Island so the location makes sense

Advice to Management

It truly is a Great place to work. I have no advice as the experience was everything I could have hoped for.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Regency Centers full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Great culture. Mgmt truly cares.

Cons

Can’t think of anything to improve.
