Featured Review

Current Employee - Licensed Practical Nurse

I have been working at Kindred Healthcare full-time

Pros

Very helpful, senior leadership is phenomenal and they really care about their employees.

Cons

At first getting into the groove of creating your own schedule can be daunting, but someone is always there to help you.

Former Contractor - External Payroll Specialist

I worked at Maxim Healthcare Services for less than a year

Pros

Everyone you will work with at Maxim is super friendly and kind. There is no workplace drama or caddy-ness. Anyone you would turn to for help is more than happy to give it to you. Company itself... takes good care of its employees.

Cons

Company is in the process of being sold to another owner whose based out of Florida. Eventually, it is inevitable that all current Maxim employees working from Columbia, MD will be laid off. Very... hard work for lower compensation.
