Current Employee - Licensed Practical Nurse

I have been working at Kindred Healthcare full-time

Pros

Very helpful, senior leadership is phenomenal and they really care about their employees.

Cons

At first getting into the groove of creating your own schedule can be daunting, but someone is always there to help you.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Medical Center Clinic full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Expectations are strong, but doable and clear up front. Felt wanted and that I had assets they needed even during my interview and hiring process. I feel management and physicians care about me as a... person and an employee. Great place to work with great people and patients!

Cons

No con or bad experience I have had or seen. You must be willing to work hard and you get rewarded for the hard work.

Advice to Management

Stay consistent with employee feedback and creative ways for employees to get involved. I have seen numerous examples over the past 6-8 years as managers work as a team with staff.
