Lots of opportunities for growth, great communication within divisions and with leadership, Excellent Work/Life Balance!, competitive pay/benefits, healthy office environment filled with positive... peer support and supervisor support, noble work supporting a wide range of individuals with disabilities, and person-centered approach is integrated in the way individuals are supported as well as how employees are supported within the organization.

Cons

Transitions related to growth incur their ups/down, changing DHS regulations may impact the day to day work flow, which requires adaptability and willingness to be flexible to meet the requirements... as they change.
