Featured Review

Current Employee - Licensed Practical Nurse

I have been working at Kindred Healthcare full-time

Pros

Very helpful, senior leadership is phenomenal and they really care about their employees.

Cons

At first getting into the groove of creating your own schedule can be daunting, but someone is always there to help you.

Current Employee - Sales Specialist

I have been working at Validus Senior Living full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

The communities are built for those with dementia and utilize good technology. They are also investing in an electronic care system which will help the aides. The new COO is making a lot of... necessary changes including upgrading systems and programs which add value.

Cons

shifting priorities, communication, lack of clarity and coordination

Advice to Management

Continue to invest in programs and resources for families.
