Good work/life balance. Supervisors encourage taking time off to recharge. Supervisors encourage taking time to further develop existing skills and to learn new skills that will help increase value.... Supervisors also help you work towards your goals and future career opportunities.

Cons

Some teams run pretty lean which can lead to times of increased work loads depending on various projects. Work from home is an option but varies by team. For some its the right amount for others it... is not enough.
