"Good job"Oct 14, 2019

Former Employee - Bookkeeper

I worked at Kroger full-time for more than a year

Pros

Easy to grow and be promoted, good benefits and health care.

Cons

Low pay that doesn’t reflect the work you do unless you ask for pay raise.

Advice to Management

Pay your workers for the jobs they get promoted to.

"Amazing company"Dec 29, 2019

Current Employee - Personal Banker

I have been working at Fifth Third full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great training, ability to move and seek out business, very competitive pay and the best people you could hope to work with

Cons

Retail and consultative sales isn’t for everyone, so it takes grit. No other cons.

Advice to Management

Keep putting your customers in the center and you’ll continue to be successful.
