The equipment was okay the training for my job was okay as a driver.

Cons

Wish that the customers came first as I live in the community. Simply put most of the customers expected their stuff as a unit and in one piece. I felt like another day of being asked were ‘s my... stuff or why has my stuff been broken toke a toll on my want to come in. Can I blame management no. Simply put they needed a shipper, receiver I am a driver . Someone to follow up on all the issues. Schedule repairs , call customers , deal with shortages, take pictures of damages that come in. Was told the business in the area I was in did not require a shipper receiver. Could not go on . This people are my neighbours and yea the discussion was hard. Hope they understand.
