CULTURE. Just top notch, as good as you'll find. Starts at the top with Liz, right on down, through every level at the company. Everyone's hard working but doesn't take themselves too seriously. A... communal feel, and they're always willing to bring in new people who want to learn and put in the time to do the job well. PROFESSIONALISM. I was always treated fairly, and compensation was on par with industry standards. CLASS. Kaplow is an elite agency with talented employees and great clients. You just feel like you're part of something special. That said, there's no element of superiority--they see the big picture and carry themselves accordingly.
Cons
Only complaint would be, the computer I was working on was a bit outdated, although they did upgrade the week before I left
