Pros
Analysis Group truly feels people-oriented. They emphasize work life balance and are constantly striving to find a way to give their employees more flexibility and opportunities to enjoy their lives;... whether that be within work or outside of work. I've had multiple opportunities to talk openly about mental health, how the world we live in today impacts us as humans and how we can help support one another. These conversations were highly participated in and I felt that I took so much from them, especially knowing I could bring my whole self to work and feel support while there. Folks at AG acknowledge that we are all people first. Whether that means encouraging taking time off to get to a doctor's appointment, leaving early to pick your child up from school, or needing to work from home for a day because you're having a difficult mental health day, they are understanding of it all. There is an overwhelming sense of room for advancement at AG. The review process is thorough, fair and leads to recognition when due. AG feels like being on a team with a bunch of friends. Everyone here is super friendly and kind. Teams across departments interact frequently and everyone has each other's back. Our recruiting team does a fantastic job not only finding folks who are smart and hard workers but also that fit within the culture at AG. By building these strong interpersonal connections, AG has become an uplifting place of community.
Cons
There has been conversations about the amount of days folks go into the office versus work from home. There has been some guidance about this, but it is changing as the world is figuring out where we... go from here.
