"Great Company"Jan 8, 2020

Current Employee - Security Operations Center Analyst

I have been working at LBMC full-time

Pros

Great Culture, Great Benefits, Great Company

Cons

Nothing negative to say about the company.

"DGL Accounting"Jul 18, 2010

Accountant

I worked at Davidson, Golden & Lundy

Pros

The pay is above average for a small firm and highter than even large firms in Nashville TN. Summer is the time to take your vacation - forget about it during busy season.

Cons

Busy season is terrible; forget about having a life from mid-January through April 15. This is typical for the public accounting profession - but DGL is certainly the worse that I have experienced... or heard about.

Advice to Management

Management would do well to organize more team building events.
