Featured Review

Current Employee - Implementation Consultant

I have been working at LEAP Legal Software full-time for less than a year

Pros

LEAP has a great cooperative environment which is exactly what I was looking for when deciding on a career move. The company as a whole has quarterly goals and each individual and group have goals... which contribute to the success of the company as a whole. The culture at LEAP is generally a healthy, happy one. There is opportunity for advancement and mobility within the company as well. Great benefits and perks as well.

Cons

So far I have no cons regarding LEAP. It is a growing company with a lot of moving parts, so if you don't thrive in that type of environment, it may not be for you.

Former Employee - Junior Software Developer

I worked at LEAP part-time for more than a year

Pros

It felt like I was part of a family there. Everyone on my team helped me if I had a question about something. I felt like I was around a bunch of like-minded people every time I went into work.

Cons

There really isn't many downsides. Some of the members of other teams could be a little overbearing at times.
