Former Employee - Graduate Engineer

I worked at LJA Engineering full-time for less than a year

Pros

If you are a new graduate recently coming out of college this is one of the best places you could ever land on. This is a company focused on giving you all the tools needed to grow, they are... constantly trying to push you to be better and learn more and more, even the company itself is growing at an astonishing pace, which opens the field for new employees to actually be able to do a career inside the company. Overall it has an awesome work enviroment.

Cons

To be honest, none that I can think of.

"Great Company"Apr 30, 2019

Current Employee - Project Manager

I have been working at SAM Companies full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

If you are career driven, focused and, take the initiative, the opportunities seem to be limitless. Since being at SAM, the last XX years of my XX-year career have been profound in regards to getting... the opportunities one has strived so long for.

Cons

Priorities. What company does not have them, however, sometimes those priorities can be misguided.
