I worked at La Quinta full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

A big company that acts small. Invests in training especially for new General Managers. Great investments in Technology and Revenue Management.

Cons

A lot of changes in recent years. There is an identity crisis with how to distinguish the older, exterior corridor/profitable, Inns from the Inns & Suites.

Advice to Management

Invest heavily in the older, exterior corridor/profitable Inns.
