Current Employee - Senior Manager

I have been working at LabCorp full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

~20 year at LabCorp IT! LabCorp is a fantastic place to be in! Company constantly invests in technology, brings in new talent while retaining and retraining existing talent pool. Has great... diversity and does not shy away from doing the right thing even if high cost is involved. Regularly invests in upcoming technologies - e.g. purchased a robotics company to stay ahead of the competition. Did I mention great benefits? Yes - work life balance, good health care plan, ESPP, 401k match, life insurance, disability insurance, and a big list of other benefits comparable to some of the leaders in the industry and getting better every year.

Cons

Almost 20 years and can't think of any.

I have been working at OneBlood full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Nice working conditions in the office. Executive Team that encourages feedback and responds with relevant resolve. Allows for work life balance. Encourages education and has many resources for... financial support towards education. Executive Team promotes employee appreciation and holds many events. Management tends to be very personable and relatable. Company goals and missions create an environment that supports ethical and moral awareness. Nice benefits, 403K employer match (some), Employee paid health insurance. Competitive Salary.

Cons

Not a lot of options to work remotely.
